Stephanie Orton has extensive experience in both healthcare and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Physical Therapy Front Desk Specialist at MPOWER Physical Therapy since March 2022, Stephanie previously held positions including Paint Department Manager at Hart Ace Hardware and Medical Secretary/Phone Room Operator at NEPHROLOGY ASSOCIATES. With a background at Hart Ace Hardware as a Sales Associate, Stephanie developed strong customer relations skills. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Applied Health Analytics, LLC, where roles progressed from Production Assistant to Sr. Manager, Member and Client Engagement, focusing on client support and platform expertise.
