Stuart Crosby has worked in the technology industry since 1997. Stuart began their career at Qualcomm as a Staff Program Manager -Telematics, where they drove 80% year-over-year growth for strategic engineering and realized a 55% reduction in development costs. Stuart then moved to KPS as a Principal, where they designed and built a modern CAD/automated manufacturing facility in Carlsbad. After that, they joined Forcepoint as a Staff Engineering Program Manager, where they drove annual billings of 250M and managed a globally distributed team of 200+ developers. Stuart then joined Ingenu as a Senior Director, Program Management, where they shaped strategic partnerships while ensuring alignment with business requirements and dynamic enterprise priorities. Finally, they joined IDT - Integrated Device Technology, Inc. as a Sr Manager, Program Management - RFD PMO and is currently a Director, Program Management at mPower Technology, Inc.

Stuart Crosby attained a Masters in IT from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 1992 and 1996. Stuart has also obtained certifications from the Scrum Alliance (CSM - Certified Scrum Master), University of San Diego (PMP), and Stanford University (Stanford Advanced Project Management). Stuart is currently enrolled in Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
