Josh Rosen

Josh Rosen is a Technical Support Engineer at MPOYNT since November 2022, having previously contributed as a Technical Support Specialist for HD Golf & HD Sport Suite from January to November 2022. Josh's experience includes a role as a SOC Analyst at IBM, where responsibilities involved security event log analysis using QRadar SIEM, and as a Computer Repair Technician at BCPC Repair, focusing on customer support and technical repairs. Additional roles encompass refurbishing electronics at eCycle 101 and assisting with web development and systems administration at A.J. & C. Garfunkel. Josh has completed a Bootcamp in Computer Software Engineering from 42 Silicon Valley and is currently pursuing further education at Seneca Polytechnic.
