Don Dietz

Don Dietz is an experienced engineering and quality management professional with a career spanning several decades in the powdered metal industry. Currently serving as the Engineering/Quality Manager at MPP since April 2022, Dietz previously worked as a Product Engineer at PMG - Powder Metal Group, focusing on process and quality improvement. Prior roles include Process Engineering Manager at Metco Industries Inc., where Dietz managed a team and developed a supplier performance monitoring system, and Product Quality Engineer at Metaldyne, developing processes for powdered metal components. Additional experience includes design engineering for powdered metal presses at Fulesday Machine Company and Gasbarre Products, as well as early roles as a Die Setter/Press Operator at Eastern Sintered Alloys, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University and a Business Leadership Certificate.
