Matthew Smith has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Matthew started their career at Village Hotels as a CHEF DE PARTIE/JNR SOUS CHEF, where they were responsible for training staff, organizing workstations, and managing stock. Matthew then joined De Vere Group as an Operational Team Leader, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business through various departments and locations. Matthew also worked at Bose Corporation as a Technical Support Advisor (Temp) and at mpro5 from Crimson Tide, where they held multiple roles including Technical Support Analyst, Solutions Architect, and most recently, Head of Customer Support & Implementation. Matthew'sexperience demonstrates their ability to adapt and excel in different roles and industries.

Matthew Smith completed their education at Bournemouth University from 2012 to 2015. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they attended MidKent College, where they obtained NVQ 1&2 in Professional Cookery and Customer Service.
