Ann Kim

Ann Kim currently serves as the Deputy Director of the ICT Security Department at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications in Cambodia. Their career in cybersecurity began in 2012 as a server administrator at the National ICT Development Authority, and in 2014 they joined the Ministry, where they have dedicated nearly a decade to enhancing national cybersecurity initiatives. Ann Kim's expertise includes cybersecurity awareness, incident response, and the development of relevant laws and regulations. They actively engage in various working groups focused on cybersecurity and personal data protection, and they play a significant role in CamCERT, Cambodia’s national computer emergency response team. In addition to their government role, Ann Kim lectures part-time at the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology, sharing their extensive knowledge with aspiring cybersecurity professionals.
