Ken Mobley

Ken Mobley currently serves as the Vice President of National Plans at mPulse, leading a team dedicated to enhancing the engagement of healthcare organizations with their members through innovative messaging and technology. Mobley has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, having held leadership positions at HealthCrowd as Vice President of National Accounts, and multiple roles at Anthem, including Strategy & Program Development Director and Director of Provider Data Management. Prior roles also include significant technical leadership positions at CACI, Zel Technologies, netdecisions, and American Management Systems, where Mobley contributed to software development and project management for defense and commercial clients. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Operations Research from William & Mary, a Bachelor’s in Religious Studies from St. Leo College, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Wheaton College.
