Todd Moore

Todd Moore has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Todd is currently the Director of Educational Services at MPulse Software, Inc., a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to this, Todd worked as a Software Consultant for MPulse Software, Inc. Todd also worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in vendor management consulting for transport assets' maintenance and service programs. In this role, they managed and evaluated performance of collision repair program vendors and facilities.

Before becoming an Independent Consultant, Todd was a Technical Consultant for Transport Wireless Technologies and an Implementation Consultant for TMW Systems. Todd also served as a Project Manager for International Telematics, where they ensured projects met requirements and objectives, established communication plans, and managed the development of business requirements.

Todd's earlier work experience includes serving as a Field Program Manager for Multi-Family Properties at Ecos Consulting Inc., where they evaluated team performance and provided feedback to internal departments. Todd also worked as the VP of Operations at West Coast Reefer, Inc., and owned Betsy's Cake Center. Additionally, Todd worked as a Project Manager at Valley Transport Refrigeration, where they defined a fuel efficiency program for transport refrigeration fleets and managed vendor relationships. Finally, they worked as an Account Manager at The Cobalt Group, where they managed technical sales and client retention efforts.

Todd Moore earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management Information Systems, General from the same university, with a period of study from 1996 to 2000.
