What began in backyard sheds across remote villages is now a structured smallholder model entering commercial broiler and layer markets with confidence and credibility. These women are not part of the value chain — they own it. As producers, shareholders, and decision-makers, they are transforming poultry from a survival activity into a thriving rural enterprise.

With 9,000+ women entrepreneurs, organized through 17 Farmer Producer Organizations across multiple districts and 350+ villages, MPWPCL stands as a powerful example of collective strength and inclusive growth. Every bird raised carries a story of resilience, dignity, and financial independence.
