Brooke's responsibilities expanded further when they became a Web PACS Onboarding Specialist in 2019, handling customer onboarding projects for IDEXX's Web PACS in the Western U.S. Subsequently, they took on the role of Sales Support Analyst in 2021 and was responsible for providing direct support to sales professionals, collaborating on competitive proposals, managing contracts, and analyzing customer performance.

Most recently, Brooke joined MPX in 2022 as a Client Project Manager, a role that is ongoing at the time of writing.

Brooke Presby completed their education in a chronological manner, starting by obtaining a High School Diploma from Biddeford High School in the year 2009. Brooke then attended Saint Anselm College from 2009 to 2010, where they pursued studies in Biochemistry.

In 2010, Brooke enrolled at the University of New England and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Biology in 2014. Afterward, they furthered their education at the University of Florida from 2016 to 2019, earning a Master's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology.
