Jerred Edson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Jerred worked as an IT Operations Manager and Project Manager at MPX, where they handled various responsibilities related to information technology. Jerred also served as a Product Manager for web applications at the same company. Prior to MPX, Jerred worked as an IT Consultant, providing independent IT consulting services, including research, system selection, implementation, training, and support, as well as website design services.

Before their role as an IT Consultant, Jerred held the position of Systems Administrator and Infrastructure Architect at ITNAmerica, where they were responsible for the administration and 24x7 availability of all systems, including an enterprise software solution and web-based services. Jerred also implemented and administered an Exchange Server.

Jerred's experience also includes working as Technical Support at L.L.Bean Inc, where they provided support to computer users and resolved technology-related issues. Jerred was also a Software Engineer at Tyler Technologies Inc and held various roles at GBF Information Systems, including MIS Director, FORMUNIS Development Analyst, FORMUNIS Implementation Analyst, FORMUNIS Support Analyst, and FORMUNIS Product Manager. In these roles, Jerred managed major hardware/software installations, implemented and administered LAN/WAN and VPN connectivity, and trained end-users. Jerred also performed disaster recovery tasks, diagnosed and repaired equipment, and supported sales representatives.

Jerred began their career at Saint Joseph's College, serving as a Microcomputer Technician, Network Administrator, and Webmaster. Jerred also completed a business internship during their time at the college.

Jerred Edson completed the Dale Carnegie Course in 2002 at Dale Carnegie Training of Maine. Jerred then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management/Computer Science from Saint Joseph's College of Maine between 1994 and 1997.
