Tim Cole has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tim started their career at IBM as a Sales Representative and later became a Regional Sales Advisor. Tim then went on to become the President of Key Personnel before joining William Arthur as the Director of Marketing and Customer Service, where they played a key role in growing sales from $2 to $9 million. Tim then became the President of William Arthur and later transitioned to the role of Vice President of Customer Service and Order Fulfillment.

After leaving William Arthur, Tim founded J. Doyle and served as the Owner Operator, successfully creating dinnerware products that were embraced by world-class retailers. Tim then joined Mariposa as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they later became the Chief Operating Officer. During their tenure, they dramatically improved turnaround time for recycled aluminum giftware and created industry-exclusive reorder tools.

Tim later joined MPX as the Chief Operating Officer, where they defined a high transaction and recurring revenue focus, implemented tracking techniques, and achieved reach goals. Tim also led the company's rebranding efforts to strengthen its communication and emphasize its unmatched value. Tim eventually became the Chief Strategic Partnership Officer at MPX.

Tim's most recent role was as the CEO of Fieldstone, where they led the company's growth by 46% and expanded its sales regions through acquisition and regional start-ups. Tim successfully integrated new and existing sales teams, established a unified culture and computer systems, and provided strong office leadership.

Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive growth and success in various organizations.

Tim Cole attended the University of Michigan from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Studies degree in Liberal Arts. Tim then pursued further education at the University of New Hampshire from 1989 to 1991, obtaining an MBA with a focus on Business.
