Mr. Bifana is bringing Portugal’s most beloved street food to the global stage. Inspired by the classic Portuguese bifana sandwich made of tender marinated pork served on a soft roll, we blend culinary tradition with a fresh, modern spirit.

Born in Lisbon and now making its way through New York’s vibrant food scene, Mr. Bifana celebrates craftsmanship, culture, and community. Every sandwich tells a story of authenticity, heritage, and the shared joy of a good meal.

We’re not just serving food we’re creating a bridge between cultures, one bite at a time.
