Simon Toohey is currently a Cook at their own company since April 2019 and also serves as the National Brand Ambassador for Mr Black Spirits since January 2017. Prior to this, Simon worked as a Bar Manager at CALLOOH CALLAY LIMITED from 2012 to 2015, where Simon started as a bartender before being promoted. Simon Toohey is also pursuing a Master's Degree in Gastronomy at Queen Margaret University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Canberra.
