Raffaele Colace has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Raffaele is the Co-Founder of 20tab srl since June 2012 and currently holds that position. In May 2021, they founded Product Management Day and continues to serve as its Founder. Since May 2022, Raffaele has also been a member of the board at Product Manager Alliance. Previously, they worked as the CTO at Mr Doc from September 2018 onwards. Raffaele has also worked as a Coach Python/Django development at Intré from September 2020 to December 2020 and a Trainer for Best Practices in Python software development at Ninalondon from January 2020 to June 2020.

Before that, they worked as a Python Senior Developer at Agenas for six years, from August 2013 to December 2019. Raffaele began their career as a Software Engineer at Teknoart from April 2010 to May 2012 and at Upcode.it from April 2005 to May 2012. Overall, Raffaele Colace has extensive experience in various roles within the software development and product management fields.

Raffaele Colace holds a Laurea degree in Ingegneria Informatica from Università La Sapienza, which they obtained from 2003 to 2010. Prior to this, they completed their Diploma di Specializzazione di 1° livello DS1 in Programmi di diploma di scuola media superiore from Liceo Scientifico from 1997 to 2002. Apart from their formal education, Raffaele Colace has also obtained additional certifications in various fields. In November 2020, they completed a course on Privacy regulations at Udemy. In February 2019, they completed the Growth Hacking Lab course at BLOO Srl. In September 2018, they completed the Growth Hacking MasterClass at Lacerba.io. Additionally, in February 2018, they obtained certifications in "Parlare in pubblico: come fare presentazioni di successo" and "Struttura il tuo business model" from Udemy. In January 2018, they completed a certification in "Sicurezza Informatica e Ethical Hacking" from Udemy as well.
