Mr. Super is a company built on the understanding that property owners have enough on their plate. We know that you can do without the extra tasks of searching for, vetting, hiring, appointing, and accommodating a superintendent that would be living onsite. That’s why we offer an innovative service that allows you to outsource all of the super’s responsibilities to an offsite property maintenance provider. All it takes from your end is a single phone call to Mr. Super. Our name says it all, really.
Every property needs a competent person in charge. From handling the little things like taking out the garbage, to acting as an emergency contact in case of flooding and the like, your superintendent is often your building’s best friend.
THAT IS US!!
