MRA Securities Limited is registered and licensed securities broker. MRA offers trading in Regular market, DFC market, ETFs and Index. 

MRA Securities (Pvt.) Ltd. Finally became a member of Pakistan Stock Exchange Ltd formerly Karachi Stock Exchange limted, in the year 2000. In the mid of year 2001 – 2002, the company also bought the membership of Lahore Stock Exchange Ltd.

In January 2016, MRA Securities (Pvt) Ltd, changed its membership into Trading Right Entitlement certificate holder under (Corporation, Demutualization and Integration) Act, 2012.

In August 2016, MRA Securities Pvt Limited applied to convert its Company status from private limited company into unlisted public limited company under Securities Brokers (Licensing and Operations) Regulations 2016 and applied to renew its brokerage license under “Trading and Clearing Member” of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. On September 26, 2016, after approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, MRA converted from private limited company into unlisted public limited company and changed its name to MRA Securities Limited.
