Carlos Serrano

Carlos Serrano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marine observation and human resources. Currently serving as an ICCAT Observer at MRAG Ltd since May 2022, Carlos has also held multiple NAFO Observer roles at Promarinha and Seaexpert since April 2015 and May 2014, respectively. Previously, Carlos worked in human resources staffing at FRIOPESCA SA and served as an ICAAT Observer at MRAG Ltd from May 2017 to November 2020. Early career roles include responsibilities in development and quality management at Descut and Novicer, respectively. Carlos holds an educational background from the Escola Superior de Artes de Coimbra.
