Lorri Smith

Lorri Smith has extensive experience in various operational and customer service roles, currently serving as Dispatcher II at South Jersey Gas since February 2021, managing workload and customer communications. Prior to this, Lorri worked as a Communications Operator at the NJ Department of Environmental Protection from October 2015 to December 2021, handling emergency alarms and requests. Lorri also served as a Licensed Agent at New York Life Insurance Company and as a Product Coordinator for Integra LifeSciences, supporting sales personnel and managing logistics. Earlier career experience includes over two decades at FedEx Express, where responsibilities included sales support, vehicle operation, and customer service. Lorri holds a certificate as an EKG Technician from E & S Services and has attended Middlesex County College.
