Melissa Smith

Melissa Smith is a seasoned litigation consultant with extensive experience in legal and financial advisory roles. Currently, Melissa serves as a Litigation Consultant at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP since July 2008 and at MRC Global since January 2013. Prior roles include serving as Chief Financial Officer for the O-I Asbestos Litigation Group at O-I from October 1997 to July 2008, as well as holding positions as Litigation Jurisdiction Manager and Data Analyst at both King & Spalding and O-I from 1993 to 1997. Melissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Miami University, earned between 1986 and 1990, and graduated from Notre Dame Academy in 1986.
