Nidhi Pathak

Nidhi Pathak is an Assistant Manager in Learning Solutions at MRCC, where they focus on business development, client relations, and strategic project management to enhance organizational potential through innovative learning solutions. Previously, Nidhi worked as a Learning Specialist, developing tailored learning programs for clients across Europe. They also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at C&S Electric Ltd., where they drove sales and established relationships in the Oceania market. Nidhi holds a degree from the Institute of Management Studies at Banaras Hindu University, which they completed in 2024.
