Joy Hou

Joy Hou has extensive work experience in the finance and technology industries. Joy began their career in 1998 as an Analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. In 2000, they moved to Lehman Brothers as a Vice President. In 2006, they became the Director and Head of Hospitality at Barclays Investment Bank. In 2008, they became the Managing Partner at The Renaissance Companies. In 2010, they co-founded and became the CEO of RAISC, a technology platform to support management and disposition of distressed assets. Joy aggregated approximately 5,000 CRE assets and supported disposition of over 2,000 assets. In 2013, they co-founded and became the CEO of MREN. In 2020, they became a Board Member of both Interlink Electronics and Qualstar Corporation.

Joy Hou attended Cornell University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration.
