Ashwin George is a Senior Executive in Production at MRF Tyres, where they focus on optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency in manufacturing. With a strong foundation in process optimization and quality control, Ashwin strives for continuous improvement and sustainable practices in the industry. They completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from KCG College of Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management and Marketing from SRM University. Prior to their current role, Ashwin gained experience as a Project Intern at L&T Rubber Processing Machinery and as a Summer Intern at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited.
