Deepak Mathew

Deepak Mathew is a seasoned manufacturing executive with extensive experience in operational leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at MRF since February 2023, Deepak leads operations for ten factories throughout India and is a member of the MRF Executive Committee. Prior roles include Associate Vice President focused on manufacturing and industrial engineering, and Senior General Manager overseeing a cluster of three manufacturing plants at MRF. Deepak's previous experience includes General Manager at Sterlite Technologies Limited, where operations for optical glass and fiber were managed, and Associate Director at Emerson Process Management, where comprehensive oversight of multiple plants was maintained. Deepak began a career at Owens Corning as an Advance Operations Engineer and has also contributed to consulting through Six Sigma Alchemy. An alum of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Deepak holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
