Subash N has over three decades of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and logistics within various industries. Currently serving in a strategic sourcing role at MRF since March 2019, responsibilities include managing indirect materials, logistics contracting, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes leadership in new product development and supply chain management at HCL Technologies, where Subash established a Center of Excellence, and strategic sourcing of direct materials at MRF and BPL Sanyo Technologies Limited. Additional early expertise encompasses materials management at Godrej Group, involving procurement and inventory management. Subash N holds a PGDMM from the Indian Institute of Materials Management, a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from SRM IST, and a BSc in Physics from the University of Madras.
