Mary Egan

Mary Egan is the CEO and Co-Founder of MRG, LLC, a full-service consulting agency established in 2009, known for delivering innovative solutions to various sector challenges. Egan also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member at the Association of Workplace Investigators, Inc., where involvement includes chairing a committee focused on establishing guiding principles for workplace investigations. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Consultant/Recruiter at Shannon Associates, addressing complex human resources issues for local government agencies, and as Employee Relations Officer for the City of San José, where guidance on disciplinary matters and collective bargaining negotiations was provided. Egan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of California, Davis, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from San Francisco State University.
