Caroline Jerome is a design-driven marketing and branding expert, currently serving as Co-Founder at York Effect and SVP of Brand at MRGN. With a foundation in business and communication from New School University and Pratt Institute, Caroline has previously held positions such as Creative Director at JEROME and CEO & Chief Design Officer at TBGA. They have extensive experience in brand strategy, visual and verbal communication, and market segmentation, offering a blend of analytical and creative approaches to help teams articulate their missions and engage customers effectively.
