Thomas Holle

Thomas Holle has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Thomas started their career in 1986 as a Trainee and Maklerbetreuer at Frankfurter-Allianz Versicherungs-Gesellschaften. From 1990 to 1995, they worked as a Kundenbetreuer at Jauch & Hübener GmbH. Thomas then joined WAVECA C.A. as Geschäftsführer from 1995 to 2002. From 2002 to 2013, Thomas worked at Aon Risk Solutions as a Versicherungsmakler, with increasing responsibilities as Head of Specialty, M&A, and Head of Specialties, M&A, Financial Institutions, Real Estate. Finally, since 2014, they have been at MRH Trowe, where they started as Director and has now been appointed as Managing Director for the M&A Business Solutions division.

Thomas Holle obtained their Abitur from Johanneum, Hamburg, between 1969 and 1978. Following this, they attended Bundeswehr, Lüneburg, from 1978 to 1980, where they achieved the rank of Leutnant der Reserve. Thomas then pursued their higher education at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht from 1981 to 1986, earning a Diplom-Betriebswirt in BWL.
