Catie Sirie

Catie Sirie currently serves as the North American Solution Leader for Facilities Management, Energy Management, and Footfall Analytics at MRI Software, where responsibilities include driving product portfolio success, market strategy, and maintaining strong client partnerships. Catie is also the Co-Chair of the Women and Allies Employee Resource Group, advocating for female employees and promoting social impact initiatives. Prior to MRI, Catie held various leadership roles at Adlib, including Vice President of Customer Success and Vice President of Business Operations, focusing on customer retention and operational excellence. Catie began a career in customer success and implementation at companies like Actuate Corporation and Performancesoft Inc., building strong customer relationships and driving platform adoption. Catie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Algoma University.
