Gwen Dagg is the Director of APAC Professional Services & Support for MRI @Work at MRI Software, a position held since 2023. They have an extensive background in property management systems, beginning their career in 1997 and serving as CIO at Loci Solutions from 2007 to 2023. Gwen has focused on providing time-saving solutions and custom reporting to enhance client experiences in commercial real estate. Previously, they were a Systems Development Manager at Knight Frank and a Systems Analyst Programmer at Byvan, where they significantly improved systems and processes. Gwen is currently studying for a Bachelor of IT in Information Systems at Queensland University of Technology.
