Kayla Fenstermaker

Kayla Fenstermaker has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kayla started their career as a Spanish Teacher at Benedictine High School from June 2011 to June 2013. Kayla then worked as a QA and Regulatory Engineer at Philips Healthcare from August 2013 to April 2015, where they managed document submissions, reviewed change packages, and created processes for compliance and usability improvements. Since April 2016, Kayla has been working at MRI Software in a series of roles, including Talent Development Specialist, Team Lead for Talent Development, and Director of Education Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales Enablement since February 2024. In their roles at MRI Software, Kayla was responsible for developing and coordinating development programs, facilitating onboarding processes, and delivering training to promote talent development within the company.
