Ken Hood

Ken Hood has a robust background in customer service and software management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Professional Services at MRI Software since May 2018. Prior roles at MRI Software included Senior Manager and Manager of Software Services, as well as Client Manager. Prior to joining MRI Software, Ken Hood spent over a decade at CareerBuilder, where responsibilities ranged from Customer Success Manager to Customer Service Representative.
