Sean Brunner has extensive experience in customer support and retail management. Starting as a Support Agent at MRI Software LLC since July 2015, Sean analyzes complex software issues and engages with a diverse global clientele, providing exceptional customer service. Concurrently, Sean has served as a Dairy Clerk at Heinen's since August 2010, managing inventory and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Additionally, Sean volunteered at Global Crossroads in June 2014, gaining hands-on experience in sustainable organic farming, and managed a student consulting team for a Spanish company during a global consulting program in May 2014. Sean holds a degree from Ohio University, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
