Debbi Russell

Debbi Russell is a Financial Analyst III at MRIGlobal, with over a decade of experience since joining the company in June 2009. In this role, Debbi analyzes client requests for proposals (RFPs), addresses project and budget requirements, and ensures the accuracy and completeness of pricing documentation. Prior to MRIGlobal, Debbi worked as a Claims Assistant at SM&P Utility Resources, Inc. Additionally, Debbi holds a Master of Public Administration in Government Fiscal Management from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University.
