Sheena Young

Sheena Young, Ph.D., PMP, is a Senior Program Manager at MRIGlobal, where they focus on defense and health initiatives. With a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering and a Master's in Chemistry, Sheena has a strong background in chemical and biological threat detection and strategic program management. Previously, they held positions as a Research Chemist at Northrop Grumman Corporation and a Chemist at the Edgewood Chemical Biological Center. Additionally, Sheena is an entrepreneur and co-founder of STEMPIRE, a network supporting underserved students and professionals in STEM fields. Currently, Sheena is pursuing multiple degrees in chemistry and environmental engineering, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
