Torbic Darren is a highly experienced Principal Traffic Engineer with a significant tenure at MRIGlobal since October 2001, and previously at Midwest Research Institute. Torbic holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, having completed the degree from 1997 to 2001.
