William Jeffrey

William Jeffrey is the CEO of the Research Institute for Science and Technology Policy and a current Board Member at MRIGlobal and Diraq. Jeffrey previously served as Chief Executive Officer at SRI International and HRL Laboratories, LLC, and held the position of Director at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). With a rich background in leadership roles, Jeffrey was also a Senior Director at the Executive Office of the President and has contributed to various boards, including TE Connectivity. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy from Harvard University and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
