Amanda Forman

Amanda Forman is a Strategy Director and problem solver with over a decade of experience in various strategic roles. Currently, Amanda serves as the Associate Director of Strategy at MRM UK, where they tackle digital and people challenges for clients. Previously, they held positions such as Programs Director at the National Christian Foundation, where they designed executive education programs, and Systems Analyst at ECWA Hospital Egbe, improving healthcare procedures for a community of over 30,000 residents. Amanda is also an alumni advisory council member at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and has contributed as a senior consultant and strategic consultant at other organizations. They hold an MBA from Oxford and are passionate about fostering team culture in workplaces.
