Jayne Watson has a diverse work experience across various roles in the advertising and media industry. Jayne is currently working as a Global Account Director at MRM Global since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Director at Rationale from July 2021 to October 2022.

Jayne'sprevious experience includes working at MediaCom Edinburgh where they held multiple roles. Jayne started as a Marketing Assistant in June 2011 and then progressed to become a Trainee Planner/Buyer from February 2013 to August 2014. Jayne later became an Account Manager from January 2015 to April 2018, responsible for managing media briefs, delivering integrated communications solutions, and monitoring campaign results. Jayne'sfinal role at MediaCom Edinburgh was as an Account Director from April 2018 to July 2021, where they focused on supporting and developing junior talent, ensuring quality and consistency of the team's outputs, and maintaining positive client feedback.

Throughout their career, Jayne has demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills, as well as expertise in managing media channels, developing media plans, and negotiation.

Jayne Watson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from Lancaster University between 2007 and 2010. Jayne further pursued their education at the same institution, completing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in the Psychology of Advertising from 2010 to 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Jayne Watson obtained the IPA Commercial Certificate from the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) in February 2019. Additionally, they attained the Facebook Certified Media Planning Professional certification from Facebook in June 2020.
