Alberto Sison, CHRP®, is a progressive HR leader with over 20 years of work experience, specializing in employee relations, labor relations, and talent management across diverse industries such as travel and hospitality, healthcare, and telecommunications. They served as Senior Manager of HR and Operations for Truphone from 2012 to 2019, and held multiple HR leadership roles including HR Director at MRM from 2020 to 2024, and HR Director at Alta Resources in 2019. Sison began their career as an HR Employee Relations Assistant at Smart Communications, Inc. and has developed a strong foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology earned in 2002.
