Crystal Cross

Crystal Cross is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in account management and client engagement. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Group Account Director at MRM since November 2017, Crystal has held various leadership roles, including Vice President and Account Director within the same organization. Prior experience includes Director of Client Engagement at VSA Partners, where noteworthy clients included Cleveland Clinic and Strayer University, as well as Global Account Manager for Digital at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, managing accounts like Chevrolet. Additional roles include Senior Interactive Account Manager at MSLGROUP, and Marketing Coordinator at MartinJAY Digital. Crystal holds a B.A. in English from Oakland University and started their career as a Marketing Specialist at Carson Equities.
