Hector Hernandez has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Prior to that, they founded Ocho Digital Inc., an innovative digital marketing firm, where they helped small and medium-sized businesses achieve their goals through effective marketing strategies.

Hector's earlier experience includes working at McCann Worldgroup as a Regional Digital Marketing Strategist, where they designed frameworks for brand reputation management, customer acquisition/retention through social media, and lead generation optimization. Hector also worked as the Vice President of Marketing at 100% Banco, where they led a team in transforming the company's competitive position and improving customer satisfaction through targeted marketing efforts and customer service programs.

Hector Hernandez holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from INCAE Business School, which they obtained from 2005 to 2006. Hector also has a Master's degree in Internet Marketing from the University of San Francisco, completed between an unspecified start year and 2010. Furthermore, Hector earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Majoring in Management from the University Jose Maria Vargas, completing it from 1992 to 1996.
