Jodi Levin

Jodi Levin is an experienced strategist in customer experience, currently serving as a Senior Strategist at MRM since August 2021, after previously holding the role of Strategist, CX. Prior to MRM, Jodi worked at OneMagnify from August 2020 to August 2021 as a CX Strategist and Strategy Analyst. Jodi's early career includes an internship at BasedOn, where significant exposure to account management and marketing design was gained while collaborating with clients across various industries. Additionally, as a Marketing Intern at Jaya Apparel Group, responsibilities included assisting with PR gifting and social media content creation. Jodi holds a Master of Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of Michigan.
