John Rivard

John Rivard is a seasoned User Experience Architect with extensive experience in UX design and management, currently serving as a Senior User Experience Architect at MRM//McCann since October 2011. In this role, John manages a team of UX Architects, oversees project work, and mentors junior staff while presenting UX solutions to clients and stakeholders. Previous positions include Usability Auditor at ForeSee Results, and User Experience Architect at Comerica, where John contributed to converting paper forms to electronic systems and led usability assessments. With a Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Michigan, John combines expertise in design, usability, and user-centered methodologies across diverse industries.
