Kaylen Dillon

Kaylen Dillon is an experienced program and project management professional with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as Program Director and previously as Program Manager and Project Manager at Performance Art since February 2021, Kaylen has also held project management roles at FCB/SIX and founded Big Dreams for Little Feet, an organization dedicated to advocating for children with special needs. Prior experience includes managing high-profile projects for clients such as McDonald's and Warner Brothers at Fuel Industries, along with digital production at Fresh Baked Entertainment. Kaylen's early career featured roles involving personal assistance to a celebrity and tour management at Contiki Holidays, complemented by educational credentials in business and hospitality management from Griffith University, the University of Guelph, and Humber College.
