Rachel Derieu

Art Director

Rachel DeRieu is a skilled Art Director with extensive experience in digital design and brand development. Currently serving as an Art Director at MRM since February 2022, Rachel has been instrumental in developing the LYRIQ EFFECT (CRM) and EV (CLM) programs, standardizing brand iconography, and enhancing Cadillac's digital presence. Previous roles include Digital Production Designer at The Mars Agency, Freelance Junior Art Director at roundtable6, and Art Director for the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan, where Rachel designed campaigns for various media platforms. Earlier experiences include serving as Art Director for Grumpy Penguin Creations and a paid internship at Quicken Loans. Rachel also contributed as an Art Director with Xenith, collaborating on a campaign for the football brand. Rachel's design background began with freelance work on Upwork and as a Verification Engineer at Proctor Financial, complemented by a degree in Advertising Design from the College for Creative Studies.
