Renee Triemstra has extensive experience in strategy and customer experience in various roles. From 2015 to the present, they have been working at MRM as the SVP, Director of Strategy, where they have led strategy for General Motors customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, among other responsibilities. Prior to MRM, Renee worked at ChannelNet as the Vice President of Strategy & Customer Experience, overseeing client programs for various financial services and automotive companies. From 2001 to 2003, they worked at Doner as an Account Manager, focusing on interactive communication and marketing for the Mazda brand. Earlier in their career, at ChannelNet, they served as an Account Manager, supporting Ford Motor Company in launching their first websites.
