Tim Makoid

Tim Makoid has extensive experience in user research and experience design, currently serving as the User Research and Testing Director at MRM // McCann Salt Lake City since September 2010. In this role, Tim is dedicated to developing task-based cognitive walkthroughs, conducting heuristic evaluations, and delivering insightful findings from user studies. Previous positions include User Experience Specialist and Experience Planning Manager at TrueAction, as well as Associate Information Architect roles at Digitas Health, where responsibilities included user research and consulting for major brands. Tim's career began as an IT Specialist at Traffic Planning & Design, Inc., following a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with a focus on Human Computer Interaction from Drexel University, obtained in 2009.
