Traci Caples

Traci Caples has over a decade of experience in program and project management, currently serving as Associate Director at MRM since October 2012. In this role, Traci has successfully led high-profile website programs for clients such as AstraZeneca and Reckitt Benckiser, overseeing website redesigns, content migrations, and platform enhancements while fostering strong client relationships. Previous positions with Chevrolet included Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, where Traci managed site updates, coordinated cross-functional teams, and contributed to process improvements. Earlier experience includes serving as Editor-in-Chief at YourStarScoop.com, Communications Manager at The Autism Alliance of Michigan, and Research Assistant at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Traci holds a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan.
