Victoria Else has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Victoria started their career as a Marketing Consultant at Edlund Mulcrone, Inc. in 1988 and remained in this role until 1994. Victoria then joined McCann Worldgroup/MRM Worldwide as an SVP, Strategic Planning from 1997 to 2006. In 2007, they established their own consulting business called The Market Artist, where they offered strategy consulting services and focused on insight development, market research, brainstorming, strategy development, and contact planning. In 2010, they briefly served as the Strategic Director at Gigantic. Victoria also worked as an Author and Trainer at Actively Creative since 2011, where they wrote a book and provided training on creative processes for individuals and corporate teams. Finally, they currently hold the position of Insights Lead at MRM, a role that they have been in since 2017.
